On January 1st, 2014, I revised the digital model to include an .stl file with a central hole. It was quite challenging to learn how to use Meshmixer to create a flawless circle, but I eventually succeeded. Additionally, I polished it up for quicker printing. Enjoy! This design was initially scanned using the MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner and enhanced with multi-scan to capture more details of the handle.
