This is the primary "crusher" claw from a lobster (family Nephropidae or Homaridae). This claw is packed with slow-twitch muscles and used for a powerful, sustained grasp. The opposing claw (not depicted) is the "pincer claw," which is filled with fast-twitch muscles and utilized for rapid, seizing actions.
