Lobster 3D Block Zoo
thingiverse
I was inspired by the 3D Printing Professor's first 3D Block Zoo entry on thingiverse. The link is http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1927926. I decided to create them in FreeCAD instead of Tinkercad because it offers more advanced features. To print them successfully, use supports, 10% infill, and a layer height of 0.2 mm. I'm using NetFabb's new version to check my designs, but it's unclear whether all the models needed repair. After checking the automatic repair option for loading the files, they all have the "(repaired)" label attached, just in case. For more information on 3D printing, visit phelps3d.co.
