Create custom-weighted dice by adjusting the load towards desired numbers. Use a ball bearing or set radius and direction to achieve this. For instance, set rl to 3mm for the weight's radius, drl to zero for regular weighted dice, and vrl in a specific axis direction (+/-, x/y/z) for loading toward particular numbers. However, I am not responsible for any adverse outcomes from using these dice. Also, I have not tested their performance.
