LMU bearing grease packer
pinshape
These are specialized grease packers designed specifically for 8mm LMU bearings. To assemble them, align the slots with the balls and insert the bearing, then screw on the cap and inject the grease. This particular setup is configured to accommodate "toothpaste" style tubes of grease. I can create adaptors upon request and test them as soon as possible. Currently, I have two sizes available: 24mm for standard bearings and 30mm for pre-mounted bearings in aluminum cases. I've also recently added a 45mm option for double-size LM8LLU bearings, although I haven't had the chance to test it since I don't possess any of these bearings myself. If you're using grease similar to mine, be aware that it's quite stiff and may require some effort to distribute evenly throughout the bearing. The small holes can make this process a bit challenging. Keep in mind that the entire assembly is relatively thin and fragile due to its 3D printing construction. Be cautious not to overtighten or bend the tiny threaded section, as it may break easily. You can view a video demonstrating this process at https://youtu.be/4vhQTf1GUYs.
