LMR400 Coax Holder for Transmitting Loop 36.5mm Length

thingiverse

This is designed for LMR400 or any Coax line that is 10mm diameter. This cable clip holds one loop of coax about 35mm (1.5 inches) from another loop of coax. It is specifically made for a Transmitting Loop Antenna, to add another full loop and lower the frequency of the design loop. Printing it in PETG is recommended, but you can also use PLA if you don't plan on leaving it outside, as PLA isn't weatherproof. I printed this using Amazon Basics PETG on an Ender 3 Pro: Nozzle temperature was set to 235-260C (or what your PETG calls for), and I used 235-240C. The bed temperature started at 80C then reduced after the first layers stuck well. A BRIM setting is usually run so that the first layers stick perfectly. You can also use PLA if it's just temporary, Amazon Basics Navy Blue PLA with a nozzle temperature of 210 and bed temperature of 60, along with blue painters tape and glue stick. This design was created using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0dietvut0ey.
