Print at whatever resolution you prefer. Scale up to your requirements - I found that a 102% scale fits perfectly with my 8mm rods. This bushing is the first of its kind here on Thingiverse, and I've found the mockup for this exact design but without any groove inside. I hope this object proves useful as a temporary replacement for the original part until it wears out, at which point you can decide to purchase the genuine article or re-print another one.
