LM8UU mount replacement for Monoprice MakerSelect v2.1
thingiverse
Never understand why there are only three LM8UU bearings instead of four on the Wanhao/MP MakerSelect 2.1 under the Y-axis plate. Still, I want four bearings because I can see two corners bending when adjusting those springs; after all, the two corners where only one bearing is attached to the Y-axis rod. Modify xnaron's holder for the Wanhao/MP MakerSelect 2.1 Y plate. It works great so far with a couple of overnight prints. Now, all four corners are straight and leveled without needing extra money on a new Y plate or finding bed leveling easier. I reuse existing M4 screws from the mount that came with the printer, which just fit perfectly. However, if you have slightly longer (2-3mm) M4 screws, it's even better. By the way, I ran out of M4 nuts, so that's why I only used three screws per mount in my photos. __Note__: Please pay attention to the Y-axis plate I have; if yours is different, screw holes may not line up.
