LM8UU linear bushing bearing - No calibration needed

These bushings feature varying internal diameters, ranging from 8.05mm to 8.60mm. To ensure optimal fitment, I recommend printing a model with each size and then testing them against your shafts. Use the SPLIT function in Slic3r to select the desired bushing and print as needed. The dimensions of these bushings are as follows: all 15mm in outside diameter, with internal diameters ranging from 8.05mm to 8.60mm in increments of 0.05mm. To check for a proper fit, simply slide the bushing back and forth on the linear shaft several times to remove any minor imperfections. This should result in a slightly looser fit after the burrs are removed. These models were printed solid using PLA plastic. Note that a 2mm internal diameter chamfer has been added to the bottom edge of each model, while all other edges feature a 1mm chamfer. This design modification helps prevent bulging at the print bottom, which can cause tightness in the bore area.
