LM8UU Linear bearing and block (3 versions)

Update of Oct'16: I put three blocks made of PLA through a rigorous test. The block on the far left of the picture is incredibly tight, and it requires some post-processing with a drill to get the desired result. Unfortunately, the spring functionality of the leaves didn't work as expected, causing the block to move rather stiffly. However, I suspect that ABS might perform better in this regard, although I haven't had a chance to test it yet. The middle block has very thin leaves and my printer printed them with some unwanted connections between them, making it challenging to remove all the bridges inside using a knife. As a result, the best outcome I've achieved so far is with the third type - simply print, plug in, and play! For the first run, I recommend allowing your printer to operate without filament for 15 minutes to ensure that the blocks are well-fitted and properly oiled. Initial message: I have successfully combined several versions of the linear bearing LM8UU found on this website with the holder. My next step is to test all the types in order to determine which one works best. If you have any experience working with these or similar types, please share your comments - I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks Print Settings: Printer: Hesine Prusa I3 Notes: I haven't printed anything yet
