I was in dire need of a bearing holder, one that stood significantly taller than any I had previously found. My goal was to create a bearing holder adaptable for both Igus and LM8UU bearings. This custom-built bearing holder should firmly secure the bearing without relying on zip ties; however, I've designed it with the ability to accommodate zip ties if needed. Moreover, I've made provisions for utilizing 4mm wide zip ties, as most designs expect users to employ the much narrower alternatives which prove to be utterly useless. I have shared the Design Spark Mechanical project file, allowing you to edit and customize the original design according to your specific needs.
