I designed another version of the LM8UU bearing mount for my RigidBot, utilizing PolyFlex for the internal component. The ridges in the hard plastic part securely hold the bearing in its place. My Z-screw design includes an additional hole for a M5 screw, which I use to activate the Z-limit switch. The mounting holes are precisely 1.25 inches apart and are sized to accommodate a M3 screw.
