LM8UU Bearing Greaser Nozzle (with caps. Fits on to 100ml CRC grease tube)

<p>I had bunch of CRC grease tubes in garage, and wanted to design LM8UU bearing greaser nozzle with caps, so you can keep them even in your home office drawer without cleaning them.</p> <p>Nozzle screws into 100 ml CRC grease tube. Top cap seals the tube. Or if you want to store nozzle in drawer, just screw the bottom cap in.</p> <p>Revision 2:</p> <ul> <li>added longer grib area for top cap</li> <li>added markings end off the nozzle for easier lining with bearing</li> <li>added better slot to bottom cap for screw driver, in case greasy fingers</li> <li>grew tolerance on top cap thread (will grow more on v3)</li> </ul> <p>Still to add/fix:</p> <ul> <li>Overhang adjustment above bottom thread</li> <li>More sizes depending on need</li> <li>Different threadings for another grease tubes</li> </ul> <p>I got idea from walter's Linear Bearing Greasing Cap<br/> <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1128781">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1128781</a><br/> But it lacked features for my needs.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I printed this with Cura, to avoid PrusaSlicer's massive overhang perimeters.</p>
