LM8LUU Bearing Block for Wanhao Duplicator I3
thingiverse
Update 5/10/16 I discovered the bearing became loose in its mount after around 40 hours of printing. To address this issue, I drilled holes between the lock-nut blocks and secured them with zip-ties. In due course, I'll update the design to include pre-drilled holes for the zip-ties. Inspired by chinkel's outstanding bearing block design, I created a cutout in it, which enables its use on my Monoprice Maker Select's X-axis without any interference from the belt. The bearings are designed to snap into place within their holders and do not require spacers or snap rings. You will need: 4 x M4 lock nuts 2 x M4x20mm bolts 2 x M4x10mm bolts Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 30 Notes: Printed with two shells, which prove to be strong and robust.
