For the 10mm rod mount and clamp, visit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23898. If printing the carriage in PLA, print spacers in ABS, especially if your HBP is close to them. Note that lm8x3, lm8x4, lm10x3, and lm10x4 have a smooth rod center-to-center distance of 98.4mm (measured with a caliper). The lm8x3-100, lm8x4-100, lm10x3-100, and lm10x4-100 have the default Mendelmax smooth rod center distance of 100mm. For optimal Y-stage performance, measure the actual distance between smooth rods when installing Y rods into the MM body first and then print your Y-carriage accordingly.
