LM2596S Buck Converter Case
thingiverse
If you have an LM2596S buck converter with the voltage read out LCD and are looking to mount it on your printer, this is the case you're probably looking for. I cut out windows so you can see the cool voltage read out, as well as cut out windows to easily access the wire terminals with a screwdriver. There's also a little hole where you can use a small screwdriver to press the button to change from input to output display on the LCD screen without removing the lid. The lid is vented and also has a secure snap fit closure. There's two little tabs that allow you to screw this thing in securely using M4 bolts and some T-Nuts, so there's no way this little guy gets loose. You can print this without the use of supports. Cura settings: 0.2 layer height (Standard/Normal) / 20% infill / no supports / printed with Hatchbox PLA @ 200C / 60C bed temp
