I'm having trouble finding a reliable and quiet 24V fan, so I turned to LM2596 step-down boards as an alternative solution. With these boards, you can easily regulate the voltage from 24V down to 12V and then use high-quality 12V fans. To mount the LM2596 step-down boards in your Sovol SV01, a mounting plate is required. This plate attaches securely to the fan's fastening points and is held firmly in place by the fan itself. The package includes two boards, and for each board, you'll need two M3x7mm screws. Please note that cable color does not matter; it's not relevant to the setup process.
