COMPONENT DESCRIPTION:DC to DC buck converter is based on a 4.5V to 40V, 3A Low Component Count Step-Down Regulator chip LM2596. It's a step down converter that converts higher unstable input voltage (4.5 V - 40 V) into adjustable lower stable output voltage. The output voltage is adjusted with the help of two trimmers (potentiometer) included with the board. It can carry steady current of 3 A, but it's recommended to use a heat exchanger (cooler) when the steady current goes above 2 A. PINOUT:- IN: Connect to the ground (GND) of the battery. +IN: Connect to the VCC (+) of the battery.- OUT: Connect to the GND of the component charged. + OUT: Connect to the VCC/VIN of the component charged.
