LM2596 Base for Buck

LM2596 Base for Buck

My first project. Just a simple base for a LM2596 buck board. I scored an amazing deal on eBay - two for $0.99, and I snagged four of them. I'm rebuilding the TAM Series 1 that I purchased from my previous employer, and I needed some 24V to 12V conversion for fan and light upgrades. Nothing out of the ordinary here. It takes 3mm screws, with a maximum length of 6mm. The hole is 3mm in diameter and can be self-threaded. Since there are no holes for mounting it to the tray, I plan on sticking it down using double-sided tape or Command strips. I'll upload some pictures as soon as I can. Enjoy!
