A snap-fit enclosure for your LM2596 buck/step-down converter that requires no tools and fits securely onto any 2020 extrusion without additional hardware. This enclosure also allows you to keep your wires organized through separate channels on the outside or together in one central channel. This should be resolved now. Update 4: Three sets of these have been printed with updated tabs, and they are much stronger when using my recommended settings below. New photos have been uploaded. Update 3: After printing four copies, it was found that a high infill percentage is required to make them strong. I suggest at least 80% infill, slow down the print speed to 40mm/s, and use a .1 or .15 layer height. Otherwise, the tabs will be hollow and prone to breaking. Update 2: Please use "Lid-v2.stl" as the updated tabs are stronger. I also suggest printing at .1 or .15 layer height for added strength. Update 1: The tabs on the lid are a bit too small, making them fragile. A version 2 with better, stronger tabs will be uploaded shortly.
