I took the original MaduixaCNC model and modified several key components to enable it to work seamlessly using 12mm steel rods instead of the standard 8mm ones, along with LM12UU linear bearings that replaced the 8mm bearings. In addition, I merged y-carriage-cnc and y-triangle-CNC into a single part called y-carriage-cnc_short+X support_left and _right to create a stronger connection between them. This modification might lead to an expansion of the Y direction in the future to enhance the stability of the y carriage. Another significant change is a small recess on the X carriage to accommodate the NEMA17 motor, which was essential due to its position. The x-corner-CNC-AB has also been modified with straight mounting feet for more accurate placement. Furthermore, the Z-carriage has been extended to accommodate 2 LM12UU bearings. The following components from the original model remain unchanged: 2sides-corner-CNC, 3sides-corner-CNC, bed-holder-CNC, universal-holder-CNC, x-drive-train-CNC, and x-end-idler-CNC. Additionally, I have incorporated my custom design for a dremel holder suitable for generic dremel-like machines with a round diameter of 47mm, as well as a pen holder for drawing. I've double-checked to ensure that nothing critical was missed, and the build works flawlessly! However, I'm currently facing issues related to Amp draw and my power supply, which will soon be addressed. The solid construction has been thoroughly tested on MDF stock, with further testing planned after replacing the power supply. Running the modified Marlin firmware utilizing both Z outputs as Y allowed me to discover that G-Code can be executed directly from a Raspberry PI running Repetier-Server! This offers an incredible advantage of having webcam interface monitoring my machine remotely. My outstanding result so far, achieved with 2 passes (rough + fine), is the title picture. I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome, although there's a slight misalignment in the rough part due to the power supply issue causing X motor jitter when moving slowly sometimes.
