This is a simple holder plate for the LM2596 module, designed to fit snugly over the MH one like this one (http://www.aliexpress.com/item/LM2596-DC-LED-Voltmeter-4-0-to-1-3-37V-DC-DC-Step-Down-Buck/32593909002.html). Its primary purpose is to add stability and prevent short circuits from objects lying underneath. To secure the module firmly in place, I used extremely small screws salvaged from an old project; if you don't have any available, you can simply glue it down instead.
