This spool is an adapter so that the 400ft to 100ft Bulk Film Respooler ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4868217 ) design will work better with a Lloyds "Legacy Pro" 35mm bulk film loader. It consists of two parts - the re-designed spool and an insert. The original design didn't work well with the Lloyds bulk loader which only has a 8 mm rod inside, the spool was flopping around inside the bulk loader. Using formulas, I also adjusted the size to make it fit 100 feet more accurately, and I added a slot into the spool to insert the film into. To use this, under complete darkness you first put the new spool on the original design and roll the film from the 400 side to the 100 side. When you get to wishing 2-3 mm of the edge, you are very close to 100 feet. Then you cut the film, turn the 100 foot roll over and put in the insert, then in turn load that into the Lloyd's bulk loader.
