07/09/2017. Tool for changing discs on a radial grinder of unknown brand is available. Useful when you lose the original tool. ;p Designed using FreeCAD. The grinder features four holes evenly spaced at 90 degrees. The distance between opposite holes at 180 degrees is 30 mm, with holes approximately 5.60 mm in diameter. M3 screws (5.40mm in head diameter) have been utilized. The outer diameter of the tool measures 40mm and the inner diameter 22mm. The total length is 125mm. Hole diameters have been set to 3mm, allowing the screw to create a thread in the plastic piece. It functions well and appears robust! Printed in PLA at 235°C with layers of 0.25 mm. Five outer layers, four top and bottom layers, and 25% infill were used.
