Llamaland insert

thingiverse

In november I got Llamaland and at that time there were no inserts available on Thingiverse, so I decided to make my own. I noticed that there's been added a few inserts since then but I still prefer my design and share it in case other people like it as well. The files are printed in PLA with no supports and no brim or raft at 0.3 layerheight. Print one of each file. The tile holder (the largest part) is designed to hold all the tiles, starting tiles, scorepad, starting token as well as a pencil. WHen playing it serves as a handy tile dispenser that you can pick from without being able to see the tile beneath. When packing up the game simply shuffle each tile type together and stack back in and it is ready for play right away. The card holder has dedicated spaces for each type of card, I decided to make a common tray for all three resources as sorting it separately during games was too tedious. With the manual on top the game box closes flush and everything is secure inside. It has survived vigorous shaking in all directions and I regularly store the box vertically and have yet to find a token in the wrong place. The files are also available on BoardGameGeek: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/236306/llamaland-3d-printable-insert-stl
