Llama! (Multi-Extruder Remix)
thingiverse
This is a remix of DigitalMeetsWorld's Llama that has been broken down into separate pieces for multi-extruder printing. **Be aware that this remix was not designed to be printed in sections on a single-extruder machine and assembled afterwards.** Use DigitalMeetsWorld's original model to get everything at once in one color. The print in the cover photo was done on a quad extruder Prusa i3 MK2 MMU as follows: - **llama_body.stl** Monoprice brown PLA (extruder 1) - **llama_patches.stl** MG Chemicals gold PLA (extruder 2) - **llama_eyes_white.stl** Prusa white PLA (extruder 3) - **llama_eyes_black.stl** MG Chemicals black PLA (extruder 4) I printed my llama scaled down to 75%, which measures approximately 60mm x 128mm x 123mm. If you're going to scale it down more than that, pay close attention to your slicer settings and preview before printing - the details in the area around the eyes, and between the snout and eye patches can become fuzzy if you go too small. Happy printing!
