Print in Nylon 910 Alloy Filament. Dry the filament for about 2-3 hours in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius before printing. After the frame is printed, the filament will become flexible again within two days due to water absorption from the air. A good indicator of a successful print is that the material appears almost clear. If it looks white, it's likely due to microbubbles caused by excessive moisture in the filament, which can weaken its strength. It should resemble the last picture shown. Important: You must adjust the PID settings because the frame is very flexible. The following values work initially: Set p_pitch = 32 Set i_pitch = 28 Set d_pitch = 5 Set p_roll = 32 Set i_roll = 28 Set d_roll = 5 Set p_yaw = 30 Set i_yaw = 20 Set d_yaw = 5 The Tower goes mount by simply pressing it in. You don't need screws to save weight. If the tower doesn't fit at first, you can heat up each edge after the other and widen it slightly. For the battery Mount: use a 2mm carbon/metal rod with an o-ring (30mm/2mm) and velcro for added security.
