A friend of mine recently requested a lizard king brandishing a massive boar spear for their Pathfinder campaign. I was fortunate enough that GameScape3D generously licensed their solid lizardman under Creative Commons (Attribute/NonCommercial), and their models are all excellent. I modified the spear to more closely resemble a boar spear - it printed solidly in PETG, didn't flex, but wasn't brittle either. To achieve this, I removed it from the base model and printed everything separately. The square base was also removed from the lizardman, replaced with a large-sized D&D base, and I created a rock to fit the lizardman's feet in an upright position - as Lizardman King is a large-sized creature, it now stands very upright. The scale was adjusted slightly - the x/y axis was fine, but felt the King was a bit short. To rectify this, I delicately stretched it a little on the z-axis. The final product turned out to be a bit tall for a large Pathfinder model, even without standing on the rock - my buddy wanted something to intimidate their players.
