As research on plan tessellations gains momentum, the notion struck me to design a set of interlocking objects. The lizard pattern inspired by M.C. Escher presents an excellent starting point. A shelf (190x180x30 mm) that seamlessly fits into its neighbors is the perfect foundation. Printing multiple copies will yield impressive results. Due to shelf size constraints, this model consists of two parts and three studs.
