This 3D model originated from a custom SketchUp 13 project, seamlessly exported into multiple formats afterwards. Native files utilize the .skp extension, while 3ds Max scenes were crafted using 2016 software with Vray 3.00 for precise rendering. The architectural marvel features an exterior cube structure measuring 12x12x12 meters in dimension. Connecting components such as staircases, elevators, and modern bathrooms form a central hub within the complex. Elevated to the rooftop lies a recreation area, effortlessly integrating with its surroundings. Visually striking diagonal glass panes on the main and rear facades create an engaging dynamic visual arrangement. Simultaneously, a harmonious balance between granith masses embedded with lush greenery and smooth glass characterizes side facades, juxtaposing the energetic rhythm of the front face against its more stationary design. Surprisingly, this synthetic edifice successfully disguises itself as a natural outgrowth within its surroundings. The visionary behind this architectural sensation is Vladimir Zotov's creative genius.
