Live Long and Prosper

In tribute to the legendary Leonard Nimoy, aka Mr. Spock from Star Trek, I've crafted a unique Keychain or pendant that's sure to delight fans of the iconic character. If you're unfamiliar with the Vulcan salute, I recommend checking out this fascinating article: http://qz.com/352855/the-secret-history-behind-leonard-nimoys-spock-salute/. A huge thank you to everyone who decides to print and share this design! Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create your own Spock-inspired pendant: First, I printed the object using my Flashforge Creator X with PLA filament and dual extrusion. To achieve the best results, I recommend printing it face down, allowing the good side to bond perfectly with my heated glass bed at 50C. However, if you're a Makerbot user without a heated bed, don't worry – just be prepared for some trial and error. My PLA filament worked beautifully within the 185-190C temperature range, but keep in mind that dual extrusion can sometimes lead to leaks. You may need to experiment with different filaments to get the desired outcome. For those who prefer alternative printers, I've included an STL file for easy importing.
With this file you will be able to print Live Long and Prosper with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Live Long and Prosper.
