Live CT data: My wifes skull reconstructed

First time I combined actual data from real DICOM pics to create a 3D model, converted it and had it printed. It took me around 12 hours to do so at 40% scale. Can anyone imagine putting his wife's skull on the desk while she's still alive? Hahaha... I used OsiriX for processing, MeshLab to refine it and Makerbot Desktop to slice and prepare the file. Once you obtain the CD or DVD from your doctor, download the free program I mentioned earlier and follow the instructions available at http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-convert-medical-scan-data-into-a-3D-printable-model/?step8=. Don't forget to have a lot of patience!
