This 3D model was originally built with SketchUp 8 before being converted into various other formats. Native format is .skp and can also be viewed in a 3ds Max scene, which uses 2016 version of the software. It's rendered with V-Ray 3.00, providing realistic results. The 3D model depicts a small townhouse that doubles as a shotgun house, characterized by its long, narrow design featuring three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bonus loft area could be easily converted into a fourth bedroom. However, this actually increases the overall size of the building more than expected. The combined living room and kitchen area sits just aside from a sunken dining room space, which adds visual depth to the scene. A two-car rear entry garage can be seen at the back, its expansive size necessitating that the laundry room be situated on an upper floor level. Beneath this structure lies a basement area, where hidden spaces often reside unseen by human eyes. Directly off of the main stairs stands the pantry storage room - cleverly positioned so it does not obstruct access to other rooms within the dwelling. Inspiration led me to infuse traditional architectural details throughout the design of this façade. Visually striking elements that stand out most include a welcoming porch as well as rich, vibrant stained glass panes which create dynamic displays against the structure's foundation.
