It is baby "naive" hand drawing type of object, for small kids. Object does not generating, scatch is drawing by hand. Optimal space between parts created for easy puting parts together. Object have educaton basics - small kid can recognize hands, legs, eyes, nose, mouth, tooths, eyebrown, hairclip-bow?, and complete star.
