Little Printed Cars: 2CV tribute

The Citroen 2CV was an exemplary embodiment of a revolutionary yet unpretentious approach to car design - one that is increasingly rare in today's automotive landscape. This 3D-printable design is not an attempt to reproduce the original; instead, it represents my interpretation of distinctive design elements showcased across various iterations of the vehicle, particularly the 1939 prototype featured in the accompanying images. Consequently, I'm aware that a typical car usually features at least one front window, but the single headlight was indeed a characteristic of those initial 2CV prototypes, primarily designed for cost and weight reduction purposes. The model is printed on its side to enable the 'captured' wheels to rotate freely, eliminating the need for assembly - a clever approach that I'm grateful to have discovered. By default, the design is scaled at approximately 1:30 compared to an actual car, which can take some time to print but yields a satisfying result. However, I've successfully printed versions at 70% and 50% scales, resulting in adorable miniatures. Please note that depending on my future plans for commercialization, this model may only be available temporarily - so it's best to secure one while you still can.
