Little Monster Duet Wifi Enclosure with Backlighting

Update 07-07-18: Made access to SD card, reset button, and USB easier and more centered by making these features more accessible. Fixed wifi cutout so it's centered on the chip, eliminating any potential issues. The wifi logo is now centered and larger than before, allowing for better visibility when connected to the internet. I also fixed the wifi insert to reduce interference and ensure proper illumination of the wifi logo. The dimensions were increased by .15mm at the edges to give more "slop," and the insert was moved directly over the LED without protruding below the cutout. Additionally, I adjusted the tevo insert to be .5mm off the front edge of the board, allowing for better capture of the red LEDs when the hotend is not heated. To do: Figure out how to mount the LEDs in the tevo logo for the hotend. One option is to place them perpendicular to the edges pointing towards the lid, but I want to minimize backwash into the USB/SD/Reset cutout. For now, I recommend placing the LEDs in the bottom corner to avoid any issues. The box is already very bright as-is, so I don't want to add anything that would make it even brighter. Next steps: Fabricate a cover mounted on top of the fan to mirror the cover of the power supply. A (not so) simple box for the tevo little monster is starting to take shape! Big thanks to worekarolis, Hergonoway, kenavn, and bLITzJoN for their hard work making the bits that inspired this project. The base came from worekarolis and Hergonoway. Recent modifications include: Modified joint for 1.75mm filament as a hinge-pin Modified geometry of the joint to improve its functionality Added friction fit "clasp" for the lid at the front Added backlit wifi indicator (print clear) Added backlit Tevo logo (print clear and install BEFORE the board) Cleaned up the front, eliminating the need to attach blue LEDs to the lid. Inserts can be printed in a color of your choice. The inserts have a .1mm/.2 degree clearance for easy alignment. To make assembly easier, the pieces they fit through have bevels on the backside for ease of alignment. I hope your printer is accurate, because the box front is brutal to print the logo. I had to manually add S3d Supports to get it right.
