Sometimes a spark of inspiration is all you need to brighten up a dark space. With our DIY lantern kit, you can create a radiant light source that shines brighter with every addition. The lantern itself is quite massive, but don't worry - you can easily resize it for a perfect print. I've successfully printed the lantern at 30% scale and it looks amazing. To make your lantern truly shine, try using transparent PLA to print the glass part. As for the light source, you'll need just a few simple components: one 5mm LED, one matching resistor, one 1.5F, 5.5V goldcap capacitor, and one USB micro B port. Simply solder these parts together in parallel, and your lamp will be ready to charge via its USB port. A quick 10-second charge will keep the LED shining brightly for at least 10 minutes.
