I upscaled the Little Joe II by PirateJohn and took it to BT-60, this allows the use of 18mm engines, A8-3, B6-4, and C series. I made centering rings using the SCAD template enclosed and cut a notch with motor tool for the Engine Holder. Make two of the PETG_CR18_36.4 for centering a BT-20 inside the body of the rocket. The tube is the standard size for an estes mount kit which of course you can use. I tried to get as close as possible but your motor tool will come in handy for making the fine adjustments to get the tube inside the centering rings. If you use an engine mount you will need to cut a shallow notch for the middle centering ring. For the bottom ring print PETG_CR18_38 and this one you need a larger notch for the engine holder spring to be able to move (see picture). Print centering rings in PETG for heat tolerance. I added to the the body of the Little Joe a launch lug guide that will print with the body. I also included upscaled wraps for the escape tower and the body tube. You will need a section of BT-60 Body tube 49MM in length for the command module section. I printed my wraps using shipping labels and just attached them to the model. I upscaled the engine cluster in case you want to build it as a static non flying model, also included is a static body (no launch lug) if you are going this route. Let me know how you do on your print. Using PETG or ABS will ensure higher tolerance to heat.
