New scan is finally printed. A simple Instant Mesh retopo requires no optimization because heavy files are a result of it. Also, the head and body need to be glued together without any preparation beforehand. To print successfully, some custom orientation will be necessary as you can see in the screenshot that I used. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: Yes, supports are required for this model. Resolution: The resolution is set to 0.08 millimeters. Infill: The infill percentage is set to 10%. Notes: This print was successful at a height of 6 centimeters with great results. Gluing process requires some hand sanding preparation, I apologize for the inconvenience. I Designed This Model: The David Scanner setup was used with awesome definition.
