The little dolphin was designed as a 3D puzzle with parts that are only 1.4mm thick. If the assembly doesn't work well, try reducing the thickness slightly and print it out again. A more robust assembly is possible using adhesives to hold everything together. You can complete the puzzle by printing multiple parts of the same shape.
