EDIT4: I corrected the top and bottom rail files. EDIT3: I noticed my picattiny rails were not truly picattiny. Now there are authentic Picattiny files available. EDIT2: A revised trigger design has been added, which should provide improved prime experience. EDIT: It's crucial for trigger use to set wall count to 5 for better spring action and comfortable shooting. All parts were printed with 20% infill, except: - The trigger was printed at 100% infill. - Area around the barrel and plunger holes required 100% infill using Cura per model settings on support blockers. (The barrel area doesn't need to be printed like that for its full length; just the area surrounding the part connecting with the plunger is sufficient.) Alternatively, you can print all parts at 20% infill, except the trigger, and apply a thin layer of epoxy. Supports were necessary for the barrel and handle parts. Cura tree support was used. Before gluing the handle, the barrel was inserted until the end, marked, and cut out to remove the portion covering the plunger tube entry. To glue the barrel and handle parts, epoxy glue was used, while the rest was glued with superglue. The model was printed in Filamentum PLA. Issues arose with cheap PLA, particularly with the trigger and barrel part.
