I've been pondering how to incorporate 'living hinges' tastefully into a print for quite some time now, and it finally clicked in my mind. I quickly whipped up the design in Fusion360: no supports were necessary at all, resulting in an elegant full closing box - the first print turned out fantastic! Check it out.
