Presenting the Little 3D printer (Impresorita): A fully 3D printed 3D printer. All the structural parts can be 3D printed, and the electronics and other parts that can't be 3D printed are pretty standar, so you can replicate it. Get the full list of parts (other than the printed ones) in this link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Da5X9vBsx9e6brGfo78g2d8nVXxmYXdhY_Qx-NwrIbo/edit?usp=sharing Some usefull information and tips if you are building one: The build volume is 120x120x85mm. The bed does not have a leveling system itself, it doesn't need it because it's very small. However, you have to adjust the initial height of the Z axis with an adjuatable screw that pushes the endstop of the Z axis. I used 8mm rods, and the length is 20cm each. The endstops for the Y and Z axis are the same, with two holes along each separeted 19mm. The one for the X axis is different, it's shorter and it has the screw holes across it, 8mm apart. All non Printed parts cost a total of about 200 USD (I looked for the cheapest components on Aliexpress). All the 3D Printed parts together weight a total of 700g. (Printed un PETG) For more information you can watch the videos in my Instagram @nicom.disenos, and for more details watch the full tutorial on my YouTube channel (they are in spanish). About the printing: Most parts do not need support. Some of them do, but I created custom support within the STL models. The only parts for wich you'll need to generate supports are the y car and the right screen holder. I printed every part in my Anycubic I3 Mega, using PETG and with the same settings Layer heght: 0.2mm Wall width: 1.6mm Infill: 20% Print speed: 50mm/s Temperature: 240°C Bed Temperature: 60°C https://youtu.be/8SFOxspzW9Y https://youtu.be/rPLiG038Go4
