I've uploaded another STL file, different from the picture, as I think it'll be easier to print...I'll look for it in a few days and upload it if someone requests it! I haven't tried printing the image yet, so I'd appreciate comments if you try it out. To get good quality, you need to print it vertically. Use 0.1 mm layer height with 100% infill at a speed under 30 mm/s for good adhesion. Add a 5-line border for better bonding. Since it's a bit thick, use white filament that's not opaque - a translucent, easy-to-print white would be perfect! For the hole in the ring, you can drill with a battery-powered drill and a 2mm drill bit.
