Lithophane stand
thingiverse
I have loads of these affordable 5W USB LED bulbs that I use when camping. I liked other lithophane lights but couldn't find anything that didn't require soldering, usb extension, etc. I wanted minimal work after printing. The bulbs cost about $1.40 from AliExpress. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5V-5W-USB-Bulb-Light-LED-5730-for-Hiking-Camping-Tent-Travel-Work-With-Power-Bank/32921914596.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.241.14d26b2d0McRBv&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_4_10065_10068_319_317_10696_453_10084_454_10083_10618_431_10304_10307_10820_10821_537_10302_536_10882_10059_10884_5736015_10887_100031_321_322_10103_5736115,searchweb201603_56,ppcSwitch_0&algo_expid=d39097d1-5d85-440f-931c-cd8833e2a279-34&algo_pvid=d39097d1-5d85-440f-931c-cd8833e2a279&transAbTest=ae803_4 I dismantled the original bulb and came up with this holder. The LED panel sits on three supports, leaving room behind to put a knot in the cable. The original bulb cap snap fits and friction holds the led panel. The new bulb back is vented and has a dovetail to connect to the base. There is a cable channel in the dovetail. The lithophane slot in the base has a slightly tighter arc, so again it friction holds the lithophane. I used the lithophane generator from http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ with 100mm long edge and outside curve
