I designed this in Fusion 360, bringing my concept to life. I printed it face down with support on the build plate, but I'm confident you can do without any assistance. If you want to create a Lithophane, I recommend checking out http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/. The box size is based on the photo dimensions of 180 W x 120 H. For my print settings, I used 0.2mm layer height and a speed of 60mm/s on my Ender 3 Pro.
