Made the top, corners and bottom separate pieces that fit together perfectly as designed to be glue free but not loose enough to come apart by accident. This gives you the option to swap out photos at any time or make them permanent with a little super glue. Just remember not to glue the top litho panel so you can easily slide it out to turn the light on! I used two battery operated LED light pucks from Wal-Mart that fit right into the bottom hole feature, making them easy to install. You can buy these for $9.00 in a pack of two at https://www.walmart.com/ip/GE-LED-Wireless-Puck-Lights-Battery-Operated-Touch-Activated-2-Pack/168006227. Corners can be printed flat without any support needed. I use the Flat Lithophane Maker software at lithophanemaker.com/Framed%20Lithophane.html to generate the litho photo stl files. The dimensions for the lithograph side panels are 98mm x 105mm x 3mm, and the top panel is 105mm x 110mm x 3mm in size.
