Lithophane Lamp v4/v3

Heads up! Be cautious when adjusting lithophane sizes. For example, if you create a 100x100mm lithophane with a 2mm border, the litholength must be set to 96mm. This is because the formula adds 96mm and then 4mm (2 x lithophaneborder + 2 x tolerance) to achieve 100.4mm between posts. I'll make adjustments if necessary. Update V4 updated files have been released, featuring cosmetic changes to smooth out seams caused by joining the lid and base. Chamfered edges help blend transitions and create a design feature. Tabs on top have been replaced with pins to join the top and bottom, allowing for optional use of magnets instead. M5 bolts (about 8mm long) are used for assembly. Most previous settings remain unchanged. However, I'll be gradually updating descriptions due to time constraints, so things will slowly transition from old to new designs. Description Lithophanes make great gifts by showcasing meaningful pictures in a unique way. When unlit, the images are barely visible, but with background light, they come alive and convey sentimental value. My design aims to display these images while looking good even when unlit. This is my third iteration; another one is being worked on for future release. Information The box holds 75mm x 75mm x 3mm lithophane pictures with a 2mm border added for stability. I've posted settings needed, and you can find them at http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/. Use these settings as they are the best fit. Default tolerance is set to 0.4mm to ensure smooth assembly and accommodate minor defects. Please don't force lithophanes into place, and if necessary, shave off excess material with a knife. A space for glue has been left on the lid for permanent sealing, but it's not required. The mounting spaces are set to 17mm for G9 and 12mm for G4; let me know if you need adjustments. Tips Add flux to LED strip pads before taping them to walls to facilitate soldering later. You can also use circular LED rings or glue/tape them to the bottom instead of using strips. Shave off excess material from lithophanes, especially after squishing the base. For Fusion 360 files, set Lithophanelength to 71mm and border to 2mm in parameters settings, as this equals 75.4mm altogether. If you want a box for 100mm lithophane, set litholength to 96mm.
