Lithophane lamp

This lamp is designed to show love and appreciation for dear ones. Four high-quality lithophane images, each measuring 10x10cm, can be easily placed inside the lamp's shade. The shade itself can be rotated freely in any direction within a horizontal plane. To bring this project to life, I used a combination of 3D printed elements along with other essential components. These include: - An RGBW LED bulb with an E14 thread and IR remote control, allowing for seamless lighting control from up to 8 meters away. - A bulb holder featuring an E14 thread and two flanges (with a hole diameter of 29mm for easy mounting in the base). - A power cord equipped with a power switch for convenient control. - Four screws with conical heads, measuring M3x10. When it comes to preparing STL files from photos, I rely on the website http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/. The key settings include model dimensions of 100x100mm and a thickness of 3mm. In Image Settings, it's crucial to select 'image as positive'. The lithophane images were printed using white PLA material in an upright position along the Y axis, with Raft enabled. The print settings consisted of: - Layer Height: 0.2mm - Print Speed: 30mm/s - Infill Seed: 30mm/s - Wall Seed: 15mm/s - Outer Wall Speed: 15mm/s - Inner Wall Speed: 20mm/s - Raft Air Gap: 0.3mm - Raft Top Layers: 1
