I utilized 5V lights soldered to an old USB cable, but feel free to use any light strips you prefer. I designed it in a triangular shape so it can be utilized with cylindrical or spherical lithos as well as flat ones. The diameter of the base matches that of a tealight, making it compatible with tealight lithophane holders too. Sorry for the sideways photos; no matter how I upload them, Thingiverse displays them like this.
